This week I read about a boy named Cameron being interviewed about an incident that happened in Madison high school. He has been asked questions about what he do during his spare time and the events that led to the incident.
So all i know is that Cameron is an only child and his only real friend is a boy named Len who is not really social. Len was involved in the shooting incident too. Once him, Cameron, and Carla went to a shooting range at a park and shot at targets that were orange bags. None of them knew that they were shooting turtles in bags except Len. Len, Cameron, and Carla made their own group in school called Ordo Saggitae and they were identified as some kind of cult group. Creepy. I also know that Len liked wearing dark clothes and when they were being picked on in school by jocks Len made them on his enemy list. Cameron followed anything Len did since that was his only friend. When the jocks met up with Len to beat him up Cameron came along and Len had a gun under his jacket that nobody knew about. Luckily he didn't use it because Cameron came with him. Can't wait to see the results of the incident so far... =o

Hi Majanna! My name is Bennett Cohen, and I work in the energy industry here in New York City. Energy is something you might not think a lot about, but without it you wouldn’t be able to do many of the things you enjoy, like blogging or staying cool in the summer. But first, a little about myself. I am 25 years old and originally from Portland, Oregon, which is 3000 miles from New York City! I moved to New York to go to school, and have been living here since 2001. I like New York City because it is an exciting place to live and there are many interesting job opportunities.
My favorite thing to do is snowboard in the mountains. Many of my friends think I am crazy because I am always wishing for cold weather and winter storms so that I will be able to snowboard. I listen to a lot of music, mostly hip hop and rock and roll. I also like to read books and watch action and comedy movies.
I am really enjoying your posts about “Shooter”. From you writing you sound like a detective trying to piece together a very complicated case. I can’t believe what you wrote about Len, Cameron and Carla shooting turtles! Were Cameron and Carla upset when they found out what was inside those orange bags?
Your post on Snoop Dogg made me laugh out loud! He sure is one skinny dude. Your joke about how someone who eats so much chicken shouldn’t look like a chicken was hilarious.
Your writing is very well organized and easy to follow, and your use of periods to separate one idea from the next is very effective. A strong ‘voice’ also comes across in your writing. I felt like I had a sense of your personality after reading just a few posts!
You do a very good job of summarizing the plot of the book ‘Shooter’. One suggestion I have is to write some more about how the book ‘Shooter’ makes you feel. How would you react if you were in one of the characters’ shoes? Do you strongly agree or disagree with a character’s thoughts or actions? Does the book ever make you feel sad, angry, happy or scared?
I can’t wait to read some more of your writing and find out what happens in “Shooter”. Hopefully no more innocent turtles will be killed!!
